Renault launches a limited edition of I feel Slovenia vehicles

The French car manufacturer Renault will launch the Renault Clio, Twingo and Twingo Electric, models manufactured at its Novo Mesto assembly plant Revoz, in a special I Feel Slovenia series. This series will only be available in Slovenia. Revoz and the Ministry of Economy consider this step to be of great importance for the promotion of Slovenia in the automotive industry.

The partnership of Renault and I feel Slovenia national brand began already in 2017, when a special version of the fourth-generation Clio took over Slovenia's main slogan. Also back then, the model was launched only for Slovenia. The decision transpired to be wise, given that the model accounted for 20% of all Clios sold that year even though the vehicle came with the costliest trim.

The fifth generation Clio, city car Twingo and its electric version will be now launched in a version bearing the slogan I Feel Slovenia. The Twingo Electric is the first all-electric Renault made in Slovenia. The model has been manufactured in Novo Mesto since September. "Renault aims to strengthen the role of the car assembly plant Revoz as an advanced, high-quality and innovative car manufacturer using the three models", said Francois Delion, the head of Renault Nissan Adriatic.

Economy Minister Zdravko Počivalšek welcomed the step and expressed satisfaction over Renault combining the top solutions of Slovenia's automotive industry and its national brand. I Feel Slovenia promotes sustainable, creative and innovative solutions, he noted.
