Autumn, a season rich in gastronomic delights has arrived. It is brimming with fresh flavours that many eagerly anticipate throughout the year. We are also getting some fresh energy with the new Michelin stars: some have been retained, while new ones have been earned, alongside numerous other accolades worthy of a place in the prestigious red book of this globally-renowned culinary guide.  Once again, Gastronomy stories from Slovenia spotlight green gastronomy providers with the Slovenia Green Cuisine label, along with the exceptional gastronomic experience titled "From Pumpkin to Oil". Additionally, a captivating new addition to Slovenia's culinary landscape, Cajnarje Restaurant is being showcased and a number of exclusive tourist packages and various culinary events throughout Slovenia.

NEW MICHELIN STARS

In the fourth year of Michelin awards in Slovenia, Hiša Franko was awarded with three stars, which is a major success. Furthermore, Restaurant Milka has not only retained its star from the previous year but ascended to a well-deserved two-star rating. Seven additional stars were awarded to seven outstanding restaurants, all of which have successfully maintained their status from the previous year. Similarly, the Bib Gourmand award has seen continuity, with the same seven remarkable restaurants retaining their well-deserved titles. It is worth noting that this year, a number of additional gastronomy providers have been honoured with the Green Michelin Star and the Michelin Selected Restaurant awards.
