New at Rivercamping Bled: Would you sleep in a forest globe?
A special tree house — the Forest Globe — is a new feature at Rivercamping Bled. It is suitable for romantic holidays for couples and represents an unforgettable experience on the doorstep of Bled.
The Forest Globe — a living wooden hanging ball was made by a student of the secondary woodworking school Rok Hodnik, who developed the idea with his mentor Igor Stropnik. The sphere is made of wooden triangles, and the interior is equipped with a bed and a refrigerator. What makes the accommodation really special is the fact that it moves in the rhythm of trees.
River Camping Bled, located next to Sava River between Bled and Radovljica, recognized the potential of this unique idea and placed the product into their campsite. The "tree ball" is a welcome addition to the glamping units inside the camp. Combined with the amazing view of surrounding mountains and forests, the campsite offers an abundance of nature, space and comfort, just a short drive from Lake Bled.
